Hair Color

Highlights (Foil)

In essence, hair highlights are meant to mimic the effects of the sun on your hair. You know that perfect, shimmery, sun-kissed look of your youth? Highlights achieve that feat without all that pesky sun damage. Who wants wrinkles in the pursuit of bouncy, beachy hair?  When done properly, highlighting can look as natural or unnatural as you want.

All-Over (single process) Hair Color

  All-over color is a one-step process that involves coating the entire hair with a single shade.  It can lighten or darken your hair up to 4 levels in either direction.  Prices start at:

Two (or more) Hair color Treatments

  Balayage is essentially freehand hair painting where each section is highlighted by hand and is amazing and is almost guaranteed to turn heads.  This color service yields a natural, softer, sun drenched look that often has less noticeable regrowth.   Balayage can look great on brunettes, redheads and even on people with greying hair.  In short, this is a hair service that can complement any color, length or style.

  Ombre refers to transitional blending from one color to another. This color trend started with most styles transitioning from light to dark, but it is common to see more dramatic color schemes that incorporate diagonal, reverse and face framing techniques.

  Sombre is similar to an Ombre color but more subtle and soft. This style is growing in popularity as a more “grown up” or conservative approach to the ombre. The roots are usually kept your natural color with slightly lighter color on the ends. Sombre is lower maintenance and especially ideal for brunettes, adding caramel, blonde, golden, or honey tones to brighten up the ends. Smoothing Long Lasting Keratin Treatment (Brazilian Hair Straightening)

  Why? To fight frizz!  The Houston humidity is a notorious for frizz!  A Keratin Treatment is not a Relaxer/Straightener.  The Keratin treatments do not break the hair’s natural protein bonds and instead actually deposit large amounts of keratin that seal the hair’s cuticle and strengthen the inner cortex.  Keratin is a natural protein that is found in the hair and this extra layer acts as a protective coating while enhancing the hair’s central structure.  After the service, the hair appears healthier, shinier and much more manageable.
